Full Service Listings
We place your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This includes CT MLS, Fairfield MLS, CTReal.com, Internet presence through our site, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia, MLS Data Partner sites, and MLS Brokerage sites, such as PrudentialCT.com, Remax.com, and Raveis.com. The Connecticut Broker Exchange Program places your home on all of the other firm's web sites. We use The Real Estate Book in print and the RealEstateBook.com. We also advertise in the Hartford Courant.
Limited Service Listings
Real Estate transactions have two sides, a listing side and a buying side. A limited service listing allows you to save up to half of a normal commission as you only pay a commission to the buyer's broker. This can be a significant savings when selling your home yourself. You pick the listing services you would like and only pay for what you really need. If you are thinking of trying to sell your home yourself as a FSBO (for sale by owner), we can help.
